[Resolved] Airtel — Data disappearing | |||||
I took Airtel broadband connection of 90gb at 16mbps plan. The day I called Airtel, a man came and installed the instrument on 12 th April 2017 without getting any documentation. Later after 3 days Airtel man came and got the documents from me and told me to wait for phone verification and didn't receive any. Hence icalled the customer care on 17th April and they informed me my connection was active from 12 th April. When I tracked the data usage on the day, I was shocked that my 40gb is already used. But got confused since the total data they offered was 130gb. From then on each day 20 to 25 gb is vanishing even after not using properly. Yesterday before 10pm I checked the usage it was around 90 gb consumed. I switched off the router and went to sleep. Morning when I checked it was almost 103 gb. How when router is switched data can be used. No explanation regarding this from customer care and they sent persons to check for speed test not understanding my problems. They couldn't rectify my problem. I got really upset with them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
