Airtel — data issue

I am facing data problems from last 3 months and complained so many times. But did not get any response till date. I am also attaching the sample video for the same. Airtel is saying that its the fastest network in India, but before saying this thing just watch my video and after that you'll realise that you are the wrost network of india.
