[Resolved] Airtel — Data not added as they said during the connection registration | |||||
Hello my telephone/broadband no. is[protected] when i called the airtel representatives for connection(around 5 september 2016) they said me that my internet plan will be 4Mbps speed upto 18GB(according to plan it is 8Gb) after the connection is successfully installed at my home(2 october 2016) i attached my airtel set-top box to get advantage of 5GB according to my rewards scheme so at that time my total data was 13 GB(8Gb according to plan and 5 GB my reward advantage) at this moment they didnt added that extra 10 gb which they promised me during the registration. till one month they didnt added i keep on calling the representative (+91-[protected] Abhishek ) and also registering the complaint on 121 then they increased only 5GB data (total data received 18 GB, 8gb+5gb+5gb. But as they promised they had to increase 10GB but they only increased 5Gb) The connection was on my name i.e shreyansh likhar but i changed the ownership of account to my father name. today is 11 November 2016 they called me and said they cant increase my extra 5 GB because i changed the ownership of account. During the change of ownership i called customer care as well as received calls from customer care regarding ownership change and conversed through mail too but that time they didn't notified me that if you change the ownership you wont get benefit of extra 5GB data which they promised during registration and this rule isn't written on their website too. So i want my total 23 GB data in my account (8Gb according to plan+ 5Gb my reward +10Gb as they promised during registration) Was this information helpful? | |||||
