Airtel — data not provided as per the plan | |||
I write below mail to Airtel customer care mail id and launch a customer complaint on 121 I own a plan of 299 that includes a data benefit of 20GB per month as per the plan and I am using this plan from last more than a month and the total data provided by Airtel to me is only 15GB approx which is supposed to be 30GB approx as per the plan. I have already complaint to 121 on 02.06.2019 but still not received any resolution, Yesterday also I called your not able to search my complaint, kindly look into matter on priority else I have to switch to other operator, if you provide me such downgraded services and also go in the consumer court for fake promises with the customer.
