[Resolved]  Airtel — Data Offer Not Activated as Promised

I took a airtel data sim ([protected]) on 24th Jan'17.

I was informed that I will get a double data benefit for 10GB data plan with 999 rental. I should get 20GB after activating the offer. But even after activating it on 25th of January'17, I was not provided the offer yet. I called customer care repeatedly but they were not able to resolve the issue. Also raised a complaint (OT[protected] to airtel but didn't receive any reply yet.

The airtel executive who had given me the connection is also not responding.
Please look into it. Otherwise I have to discontinue it.
