Airtel — data pack validity issues | |||
I had recharged a data pack of ₹899 on 13th august on my number : [protected] which mentioned to provide 210gb of 4g data on 4g handset for 84 days. However to my surprise i found my data pack has been deactivated from yesterday midnight which is 11th september. Now i am facing hell lot of issues in accessing network thereby cannot do my daily work. This is really frustrating to face when i had paid the money for a plan and i am not getting the service. This needs to be resolved asap as i have lot of tasks to complete and now i m not able to do it due to airtel not being complaint or providing fraud plans which i cannot rely upon. Can this be expedited asap and fixed!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

Offer showing validity 28 days but after recharge showing validity only 7 days and not providing the option to talk to the customer care executive.
