[Resolved] Airtel — Data recharge pack details not given properly | |||||
I am recharging airtel prepaid through my airtel app. For many data packs, it is clearly given that the carry forward benefit is not available, but for recharge of rs.102/- for 400 MB data valid for 28 days, nothing is mentioned ; but on recharge balance data of 1700 MB has not been carried forward, kindly look into it and credit the balance data of 1700 MB, being the leading, transparent and best service provider, I hope you will not penalize me for your mistake- not providing the details, otherwise one of your loyal customers having five prepaid and one fixed line connections will be constrained to go to consumer forum.expecting your favourable reply.
