Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i am unable to use my data service since 06.07.2015, at that time i spoke to customer care and they told due to data upgration you are not use data service after so many call to customer care still i am not use data service and without using service data deducted from my pack.
I have complaint to airtel customer care vide customer complaint id 63104906 dated 09.07.2015. But yet to be resolved the problem. New complain no. 63179975 dated 13.07.2015
I was talking with customer care on 10.07.2015 they told to your service has be started succefully but i have not recd. Any call or sms unless and untill i am using 4g service in mumbai but there is no use of data.
I have all recoding with me if you require i will send you.
As per guidance by airtel galary i was change sim card on dated 13/07/2015 but yet to be solved.
Request you to please treat as a urgent basis and resolve my problem.
