[Resolved] Airtel — Datacard bill payment - chennai flood | |||||
Hi Sir I am Mohanraj residing at korattur using Airtel Broad connection Ph No: [protected] for few years. I lost many household items due to recent Chennai floods. One among the items are my desktop and data card. I was completely isolated from my house for 2 weeks. And later we came back to normal state later few weeks after rescue and relief operations flood. I was not using data card for the past 2 to 3 months. I was asked to Pay amount of around 3000 plus by collecting Agent. I have explained my personal problems faced during these two months at different times whenever they call me to Pay the money. They are keep on asking only to Pay the amount as I was not using the data card at all. Kindly please consider my request to give concession on the outstanding amount.
