Airtel — datacard issue | |||
Hi team this is ramesh banda, in the year 2016, i have requested to stop using data card service, as per your words if more than 2months if it is not used the number will be alloted to some other person, i have agreed for that, recently i have visited airtel office regarding my mobile simcard issue, i came to know from ur people regarding the data card, there is outstanding due amount on that, i request u people to remove that and close it. As per ur words if it is not used for more than 2months after safe custody it should be alloted to someone, but it is not done that is ur system issue. These are my details airtel data card no mobile[protected] custom[protected], now every month they are calling me and telling there is as outstanding balance on ur account this is my mobile number:[protected], i request airtel to stop making nuisance and stop calling and close that account Was this information helpful? | |||
