[Resolved] Airtel — De-activation of Post paid No.[protected] - Exchanged SIM without consent | |||
Since, 9th of January 2015 my mobile no.[protected] was not getting any signal. Whenever, i try to contact this number from my alternative no.[protected] and others, it used to connect some other person of Hyderbad. Subsequently it is learnt that my SIM was exchanged without my consent. On making repeated/several complaints to the customer care of Airtel, finally said that it was done by MISTAKE at some of the Airtel store. Instead rectifying the same immediately, now the staff of Airtel is insisting me to go to the nearest store and submit some documents for further activation. It is not understood why should a customer be penalised for their internal mistake? Was this information helpful? | |||
