I am Ranjit Kumar. I have been a customer of airtel since 2015. My personal number +[protected] was deactivated recently.
After reaching out to the nearest airtel store, they are telling us that your number is not registered with airtel and we can't do anything about it.
I have all my bank accounts, Aadhar card and Pan Card attached to the same number. The number is very important to me.
I am attaching you the Screenshot of the last recharge that I made and my SIM card that I am using.
It has been less than 90 days since I last recharged (24 April 2023) my number. Still, they have disconnected my airtel account.
Hope you understand my situation. Please do the needful and reactivate my account as soon as possible.
