[Resolved] Airtel — Deducting money unnecesserily | |||
There was a deduction of 40 rs from my number [protected] unnecessarily. when i called the customer care they told i used data from my main balance but since my data pack was not over without any reason they deducted 40 rs, i am sure that there was 13 Mb left since my validity gets over and the customer care people talked without any manners.so kindly inform them to be refund my deducted money and speak politely to the customers.
