Airtel — deduction for bhakti sagar portrait without request for the service | |
I got sms 1 hour back "thanks for using bhaktisagar portrait" and rs 20 has been deducted from my account balance for the same. I have not sent any request regarding that and this has been done by airtel without my permission or request. Tried to reach customer care executive since that time but to no avail. This is totally wrong. I want the deducted amount to be credited back to my account balance. Was this information helpful? | |
