Main balance has deducted from account instead of packs specification that "after 1.4gb u can render 64kbps speed" here it is not mentioned that after data pack u'll charge or no u had sent msg regarding this deduction prior deduction or after data pack exhaustion. Customer care said that they will not send msg for u single only.. And she also said it's ur concern to know about plan.. Is't u responsible to tell me what actually plan is by msg or call...
2 nd thing yesterday i spoke with another customer care she told me to go with 2g to avoid balance deduction so i used all this data in 2g.. She dint told me to avoid 2g too.. Also she told me "ur post data internet service is described by her". I need my refund and want to port. Please help Was this information helpful? |
