Airtel — deduction of 15 rs on dth recharge on 02.07.19 from dth account no [protected]

My 15/- rs were also deducted immediately after recharge which i did
Within 10 minutes when i get the message of temporary deactivation. I also tried to enquire dth customer care ms muskan, but she was also unable to answer properly and just said it's a policy. I also asked them to download the notification regarding this illegal deduction she could not satisfied my query but in vain.
I was very surprised to know that airtel dth is charging rs. 15/- on every delayed recharge, and they have been charging this every month. This is very frustratic that no message or information they give their consumers about this. How airtel is cheating consumers while they take money in advance.

I am using iPhone 7 from last two years last 4 days my mobile network chip damaged because of airtel short and speed signals my mobile was totally collapse for this signals

I asked to mobile service center they are said the issue was airtel netwrok signalsproblems
