[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of Amount without any proper reason | |||
I am prepaid Airtel customer No[protected]Moved from Prepaid to Postpaid and then moved back to Prepaid due to the fraudulent billing process of Airtel).Yesterday (05/Aug/2014) had a balance of around Rs. 105 and around 200 MB of 3G balance. Made few skype calls and internet usage. This morning (06/Aug/2014) was shocked to see a balance of only Rs.35. With all other tensions happening in routine life, i spend time to call customer care and enquired about the reason for deduction, For which I was told by a customer care lady that the deduction happened because of over usage of Internet. In reply I asked even after having 20MB of Internet balance, how come the main balance was deducted. She in turn insisted that the calculation were all proper and when i was replying she no way bothered and cut the call. I again tried calling the customer care and this time another person took the call and when complained just told a sorry and said that the amount was wrongly deducted.I wonder if Airtel doesn't even have a software or an automation for all these deductions. Attached, sms screenshot from Airtel for amount credit. After all these fights, Airtel sends back the amount as if customer are Fools...Should a customer check each and every minute on what Airtel will deduct. This is the second time I am loding a complaint.
