[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of balance before expiry date | |
On 19 jan 2017 i have recharged with 219 Rupees and i get a message fir successful recharge and i had recharged for 410 minutes and their valadity was for 30 days but they were deducted in 28 days only so it is agreat loss for me of 490 minutes and at last i want my balance back. And when i called on customer care 121they said that it was valid for 28 days but i can show you the message that i have received . Was this information helpful? | |
