[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction Of Balance Despite Having Booster Pack | |||
I have an Airtel Prepaid card with over 8 years o[censored]sage. Since Last renewal of my Data booster for Rs.155 with 1GB Data for 28 Days, there has been continuous deduction of amount ranging from 0.05 Ps to Rs.18.53. When I call the call centre on VO, after pressing option of speaking to Customer Care Officer, it gets disconnected even before they take the call. It has happnened numerous times. Pathetic service. They have even added a 0.49Ps charge for the 1st message, despite having a National & Local SMS Booster. Totally unpredictable. They shud clarify this and make refund of all these cuts. Their sensex statements says that to improve their bottom lines they have increased the tariff but atleast inform the customers so that they can select alternatives.
