Airtel — deduction of balance on the name of vemes services selected automatically from account by airtel | |||||
I am so surprised this morning when i saw a message that there was a deduction of rs.35 from my airtel account on the name of vemes service selected and which will renew automatically after 7 days. When i called airtel that what is this service about, the reply i found this is just a service you select when a msg come to you with yes or no option. My question is does airtel has degraded it's services to this level that it has to deduct money from customers' account without there consent. Or it is airtel's any trick to cover losses suffered from jio. Your customer executive doesn't even know what is vemes service. It's a big shame. Was this information helpful? | |||||
