Today morning cannot call from my no, checked balance, it was reduced to 0.
Recharged with Rs 222, caled cistomer care, and was surprised to hear that balance was deducted due to internet usage at late night !!!
I havent used any internet from my mobile in the period that has been stated at all!!!
Uexpectedly my data balance got deducted from 834 MB to 13.2 MB, and main account balance got deducted by apprx.414 INR.
Customer care officials didnt give a proper response.Even after repeatedly telling that I have not used it, and want a solution if data is being leached out illegally, Mr.Atanu Mukherjee (the name I heard) disconnected calls twice without giving a proper solution.The main account balance had also not been refunded!!
This is a pure case ofcheating.Pls enquire on the same.I confidently deny that internet has been used from my phone.
This type of response from customer care officials is not acceptable at all!!
Specially complaint handling of Mr.Atanu Mukjherjee (he is perhaps a senior responsible person) is totally unprofessional.
Pls resolve the issue.Balance has been deducted illegally.
I want my main account balance of 414 INR(apprx) and apprx 800 MB data to be refunded immediately.
