[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of money from account after giving instruction to stop the internet pack | |||
I have internet pack of rs 96. I called customer care yesterday to stop this service and the cso assured that the service would be stopped. Today i get a message that it has been renewed and rs 96 was deducted. He should have guided me the right procedure. I called again today but the customer care were not helpful. I would not like to continue with such service. The cso should be clear in their instruction or should have enough knowledge to guide the customer the right procedure.
