Airtel — deduction of rs. 30/- from my prepaid balance without my knowledge /acceptance. mobile no [protected]

D/sir. I surprise to know that rs.30/- has been deducted all of sudden from my balance from mobile no. [protected] on 2/3 days back ie. 20/-5/18 tentatively. I have no booked/utiliseany such chargeable service. However if any please cancel the same and refund the amount. From the that’d mentioned above i have not any of your services. Earliare also happened but l could not report due lec of knowledge. Pl con i’d er my request and refund the amount. Awaiting your valuable feverable action.
