[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of Rs.35/- after an interval of 7 days i.r.o mobile No: [protected] | |||
After an interval of 7 days, Rs.35/- is being deducted from my Air tel 3G A/C balance i.r.o mobile No: [protected]. As per message received over mobile, when SMS is being sent to stop video store, message is being sent that reply not received. I was unable to talk to customer care personnel because no option is being given, only music is being played to subscribe one after another. I thing it is one type of harassment to customer. If not returned the deducted amount so far and stopped the deduction for the service immediately, which I don't need, I will have no option other than to take the matter with appropriate authority.
