[Resolved]  Airtel — Delay in broadband connection

I called Airtel regarding broadband on 18/12/2015 and they explained me the plans and told that sales person will come and collect the ID proof shortly and told connection will be established within 72 hours of collection of the documents. The sales person came on 20/12/2015 and collected the documents and told login will be created for me the next day. But there was no response for 72 hours i did not get any message from Airtel side too. Later I called the sales person and asked about my connection, he told there is network error. I called Airtel broadband and asked for my status, they told that is there no issues regarding network and they will look into it. The next I again called the sales person and asked why I did not receive any message about my login, he told that some people won't get the message and connection will take long, I told i will speak to higher officials and cut the call. Next day i got a message with reference no and booking no from Airtel i.e. on 25/12/2015. But still connection has not been given to me. I don't know how long it will take either. Please look into this immediately. My fixedline account no is [protected] and installation order no is 48224963.

After waiting for more than a week. They now say my area is not coverage. BSNL can cover my area and airtel cannot. It was not the answer I was expecting from airtel side. They say my home is 300 meters from junction box and they can not give connection. I asked if they can provide in future they said no. Too bad airtel.
