Airtel — Delay In broadband connection installation | |
Sir I have I bought a connection on 11 October 2021 since then I have received no messages no information about when broadband will be installed at my home .Your representatives are not receiving calls . I was told that it will take 48 hrs. for giving the connection since then your representative came only once and checked the box outside my house and said that it is not active and it will take 2 days to activate the box now I am trying to reach them earlier there was excuse of inactive box now there is excuse of holiday what kind of service is this, Never expected this from Airtel please provide my connection ASAP or Return My money.
