[Resolved] Airtel — Delay in migration from prepaid to postpaid | |||||
I had requested for migration from Prepaid([protected]) to Postpaid for my existing airtel connection on Feb 16 2017. Post which documents were collected from me and the initial payment was done online for the processing. Even after 5 days my request has not been processed. I got calls from them several times asking for confirmation of document submission and reference number for verification. But till date I neither had their representative coming in for verification nor any update about migration. When I tried to complain on their web portal no complain got registered. Need a proper response for my request of migration else its a waste if no proper service is provided even after payment is done. Was this information helpful? | |||||
