[Resolved]  Airtel Delhi — Invalid charges.

I want to resister a complaint against Aitel for Illigal Business Practices.

On 18th of Dec I requested to activate GPRS one of my airtel number [protected]. I paid all my dues on the same date as I pay as usual.
They are looting extra charges, although I have a GPRS 125/- plan.
Extra charges in Jan 2014 was 250 and in Feb was 743. though they arranged a small reversal around 500/- after wasting my whole month's valuable time.
I'm struggling with Airtel since last two months. But these airtel guys didn't listened to me and till now no resolution provided by airtel.
It’s an shame that Bharthi Airtel does not have a proper escalation matrix nor proper response to the customers.
I have all documentary proofs, neither they sent any intimation of extra uses nor their system reverted back of my SMS DATA USE to 121. airtel auto reply of this sms attached with this email.

I couldn't see my data uses due to Airtel's system error. Than why should I bear the hit, it’s totally Airtel's fault or possibly could say FRAUD!!.


I talked with airtel guy Ranjith Kumar Reddy, Komal, Ankita, Nitesh, Kunal so and so... long list on dated 8th Jan 2014 to till date and thier commitment was" such blunders will not happen again" than why I'm still facing the same.
Every time I'm getting a call from a different airtel guy and they are doing same exercise. It took my 30-45 minutes every time to explain the matter to them which is very pathetic.


I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money as it is in taking. I am going through such an ordeal to get back the money I so rightly deserve I wonder what happens when bigger amounts are involved. It is sad that when our payments are delayed even by a day we are bombarded with calls and when it comes to refunding there is no sense of responsibility or ethics!
Hope some responsible executive at this stage at least wakes up and response to me with satisfactory solution ASAP.
