Airtel — Denial of Service

Respected sir, I purchased a new mobile lumia 532 and availed the new device offer on my mobile number [protected] under which i was assured to get 500mb 3g data for 2 months I received the data offer for first month starting on 8th march 2015 but the pack was not activated for 2nd month. I have continously calling at 198 complaint center but the problem was neither resolved nor I was treated well. You can check my call records for the conformation. I am highly dissapointed by the level of service i am getting from a company of quality like airtel. please look into the matter as soon as possible.
