[Resolved] Airtel — Denying about landline payment | |||||
Recently, i made a airtel landline transaction of 550rs on 30th june, 2017 With bill provider reference number: hlpu5cf8b12b34e600055be64c00 After calling airtel customer care many times, they simply denying that no such payment received and said unable to trace your payment. Even after i mailed them all proof regarding this. But they are not helping, and showing stubbornness. Kindly contact airtel and tapzo both, or take action against both.
