Airtel — Denying service to sell 4G | |||||
I had raised a request for Airtel Broadband in Viman Nagar Pune. The Executives had come over to take my documents and asked me to pay online. I paid online and then after 2 weeks of waiting when I chased for my connection details they said that broadband was not available in the society that I stay and that I should go for 4G. This is an absolute lie since multiple apartments in my society use Airtel broadband. I live in a rented apartment here and I already have an Airtel broadband line drawn in the Apartment. All this after I was asked to pay the amount. Now I have to go through the long process of requesting a refund. This absolutely incorrect way of handling things by Airtel. I am sure many others have faced the same issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have not received my money yet. I was promised it will be returned in 7 - 15 days.
