[Resolved] Airtel — Despite of making full payment outgoing service are barred | |||
Hi I have holding a airtel broadband connection with landline number as[protected]. I made the payment of rs 3303/- with trans id :[protected]. And informed customer care regarding the same. But after that also they disconnected my connection. I wrote to nodal and appellate department but still the issue is not being resolved. They are asking me bank statement to confirm that payment has being done. I have already provide the mail copy which was received by the airtel it self confirming that payment has being successful. From last 4 days there is lot of mental harassment and my work is also got hamper. Now i want to take serious action against airtel so that no future customer suffer.
