Hi, I submitted the claim on 7th feb'18. In spite of submitting all the documents they are saying that the documents are incomplete. They are just trying to get rid of the claim so that they dont have to bother about the repair of my broken phone. This is really not acceptable from Airtel. I have been dancing here and there from past 8 days for collecting all the documents required and still i get a reply saying the documents are incomplete. Are you guys trying to make fun of your consumers. I recommend not to take this fake ### airtel secure. Its a big fraud. I expect to get my claim resolved asap. Hope to hear from you soon.
