I submitted the claim for my handset as i have my phone insured from airtel secure Now after continuous follow up for 7 days they are telling me they rejected the claim due to Improper handling Are you kidding me I dropped a glass bottle on my phone while watching tv And the back panel now has a crack on it. Can you guys explain what is accidental and liquid damage cover if you call this improper handling? And the customer service people dont even reply on emails When you call them they have no clue what to do. I have been using airtel service from more than 10 years now And this experience may result in me moving to another network. I request you guys to process the claim as this is false advertising.
