Airtel — Did not get refund for my transaction

Helo this is rishav ray.on20 February, 2022. I was doing a recharge of Rs 666 from my airtel wallet on mobile no-[protected]. the moment i entered my pin, money got deducted from my account but recharge was not successful.(Order Id[protected]). i recieved an sms that order has been failed and amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days. many days have passed and still i have not recieved my refund. when i mailed airtel payment bank, they told that amount has been successfully transfered to the beneficiary and when i called airtel customer care for my refund issue, they are saying that amount has not been recieved by them.( transaction ID PH[protected]). I am fed by calling both sides. i have them numerous times but i am geting same response.how will i recieve my refund.(Prepaid payment Id- [protected])
