Airtel — did not receive benefits for data plan after payment | |
I got a message that recharge of 309rs gives a benefit of 28 gb and unlimited calls for 28 days from airtel portal itself. After i recharged my number with 309rs i didn't receive any free gb and instead the money was deducted from the main balance on the usage of internet. When i contacted the customer care they said that the plan is changed and there is no gb offered. This is so fraudulent. First i get this offer from the company and after paying the offer is changed. And the customer care personnel said they will contact me in 1 hour but did not. Was this information helpful? | |

I lost my sim on June 15 th 2017. I got my ebill generated till September 5th 2017 . My mobile number [protected]...I kindly request u to block the sim.
