Airtel — didn't get my balance

Sir i m user of airtel and it's my first time for doing this complain. I have recharge my no [protected] of 149. It is a offer on my number. But i didn't get the balance till now. Please i beg u that to give my balance as soon as possible. I m attaching the photo of my payment and successful of recharge. I m waiting for your result. Airtle is the best network but please sir help me.
