Airtel — Didn't get the recharge benefit rs 1000/- | |||
I Had done a online recharge to Airtel no [protected] dated 12 Dec 2015. In online portal it was sowing that it was successful. But i didn't get the recharge benefit. Same day i wrote to Airtel regarding this issue. they assured me will short out it by 28 Dec 2015. But till today amount is not refunded and recharge benefit not credited to number. As per my bank record, recharge was successful. I had provided all the information which were requested me to provide. I have mentioned the details below: Hence requesting to Airtel to short out it ASAP. How many days you people wants to short out a small issue. If costumer didn't get the recharge benefit, How long you will work on it.
You people are assuring me since one month.
I had done recharge on 12th Dec 2015. Till Today almost 20 days is over. Is 20 days not enough to find the solution.
Please either provide me refund of rs 1000/- or Benefit to same number.
