Airtel — Didnt receive the offer that was been promised by Airtel. Rs449 3gb 3G

After recharging it, i was devasted to find out that i didn't get that offer as promised. So after knowing that, i immediately rang up the customer services. They said to me that, the servers are down due to maintanances and also told me to wait for atleat 4 hours... I wait for atleast 5 hours and again contact the customer services. This time the main Senior supervisor they told me that the offer has been expired. The main reason for recharging this Rs.449 3g pack was due to the offer.
