Airtel Digital — not provided the service even though payment has been made | |||
Dear sir/ Madam, I have an airtel digital TV connection, last month only i have recharged it after ideal. So for that ideal they took some amount from my last recharge and they reduced the days for that month and said that connection will be disconnected by 2 April, so I have made a payment of 1249/- on 1 April and activated for 6months. But without any intimation they disconnected the connection before 2 April itself. I made complaint regarding to airtel customer care but till now no solution from them. I made several calls to them but they still asking time. For past 2days DTH connection is in ideal, for this they simply saying they will add 2days extra, but am not accepting it because that much mental stress i have faced . They are trying to cheat the consumers just like this by saying some reasons and collecting the amount but not providing the service. They are not at responding for any of the consumer complaints instead they are telling some time. Was this information helpful? | |||
