Airtel — digital tv activated wrong every time and looting money | |||
Hi, This is Amitkumar Khante from Nagpur. I got your Airtel Digital TV connection DTN No [protected] Jan 2019. Last month I selected my package on TV on 17 th feb and got the sms from your side that “thanks for selecting package and we will confirm the same in 48 hours” when I did not get confirmation from your side. But I did not got any confirmation so I called to your customer care and they said to recharge Rs 474. Which I done recharge on 19 th Feb 2019. But in 5 March my TV package deactivated and I called to customer care he said my monthly amount is 870 when I said I did not selected these much of channels he made a complaint and said with in 12 hours I will get call. When I did not got a call then I again call to customer care and she said there are two packages activated in my account so she will remove one package which I did not select before and recharge for 474. I done recharge but when I went to home and start my TV my account not active then again I call to customer care she transfer phone to excelation department where that person said he activated my old package. Again he made me fool and activated some other package. What kind of service you people provide? Who is responsible for my money loss? To whom we need to believe?
