Hi, I have made a request internal relocation of my Airtel Digital TV within the same premises due to some building works done. I have raised a request number[protected] on 8th July 2019, they said my request will be attended and complete in 24 hours time, i waited 24 hours but got no response, called to airtel digital tv Customer care they said before 5pm the work will be done, but no response at all after 5 and 48 hours also.. like this i waited from 8th July 2019 to 11th July 2019. Some times they said due to heavy rains in Mumbai the engineer was unable to take tickets, some time they said the assigned team was not responding so they have to raise a compliant through email and i was asked to wait for another 24 hours of time for their email response from assignee team to get the reply. When i called to customer care one guy name "Prashanth" attended my call and he was very rude to me and said still i need to wait another 24 hours of time, when i asked him if this issue is not resolved in 24 hours of time shall i go to consumer forum to complaint? then he said, wait another 24 hours for resolution otherwise go ahead do whatever you want .. he said like in non polite manner.. was it my mistake to take airtel digital tv to listen all these kinds of no polite words from them?
They said they will refund my money, yes, they will refund the money but should they refund my pain which was taken by me all these 4 days ? all these 4 days i missed my entertainment my child missed her kids channels entertainment? should they refund my all these fun and entertainment?
I need they should be punish so that no one can face this type of pain from airtel digital tv again.
No proper contact for complaints no proper contact person for escalations no proper time to resolve the issues no proper messages no proper response from customer care or higher officials when issue escalations.
Attached are some messages screen shots that i got from airtel custome care when i called to them. They shows how many times i have contacted them and same message i received from them.
so, request you to take this issue as priority and do the needful for me.
