[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Airtel digital tv customer executive give false commitment on phone

Dear all

This is really cheating.

Account [protected]

I was advised over phone that being very old customer, if i upgrade my digital tv to hd+, i will get a 400 cash back in my account. (I paid 999 but no cash back)

I have activated my box to hd+ but till today neighter got the hd channels nor got any money.

I have changed it on 11th october but till today nil.

Thanks a lot for your help & I received call from Customer services . I RE-registered Complain again over phone to customer service executive . They investigated & found the Information correct & solved the problem. Thanks a lot to Consumer Complaint forum Regards Avanish
