This is Rohit Kumar from Rohini Delhi, I am facing issue with Airtel Digital since more than a week. I've already logged a complaint since Saturday 7th June but no body has responded in the manner. I am already wasted more than 3 hours everyday to speak with various persons at customer care but seems nobody is having any solution to my issue. Respective dealer and engineer is not responding anyone's call, I don;t know if they don't have sufficient staff then how can they run a company.
I am very frustrated and already decided to discontinue using all airtel services (since number portability is also there now) including my and my family's postpaid numbers. We are more than 12 years old customer of airtel and were very much happy since then but this time Airtel has not maintained it's service level and not providing satisfactory services to its consumer. My rest of the detail are -
