Airtel — digital tv already paid for services reduced/stopped | |||
Contact: [protected] I have been wrongfully been stripped of many of the channels i have already paid for and my calls and mails are not being answered. I am an existing customer of airtel digital tv (Id: [protected]), with the registered mob: [protected]. I have two connections on the same number (Id: [protected]-001 and [protected]-002). For the primary, i already had an existing connection for 1 year of hd+sd channels of rs.5999 valid till 7th oct, 2019. Now for [protected]-001 as per government and trai regulation on new tariff packs, i was sent a link, where airtel suggested a pack for me at rs.699/month which was the closest to my existing pack and i approved it. Even got a reference id after approval (Ref id : 316864) For the second connection, [protected]-002, i tried to select my pack directly from channel 998 As told by their representative but was later told the connection was suspended. I was also asked to make a recharge of rs. 200 to re-activate which i did and some of the channels started showing. But suddenly many of the channels that i paid for and selected for the connection [protected]-001 were stopped which is strange as i have already paid and selected the packs. I have been mailing them and calling their helpline frantically but their is no reply. Cannot watch half the channels i paid for even after selecting a pack for rs. 699/month valid till october 7th, 2019. As per new trai guidelines. Also i have no idea what to do for the secondary connection. I need a proper resolution and explanation on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
