Airtel — digital tv broadcaster - unfair balance deduction | |||||
My airtel digital tv customer id : [protected]. 4th december, 2017 at 3:20 p. M i did a recharge of 366/- inr to a wrong digital tv subscribers account. That subscriber id was : [protected]. So i called airtel digital tv customer care to find out is there any solution from their side for this issue. Fortunately they have a solution for this issue. Which customer care executive interacted with me, that lady humbly told me that airtel will transfer that amount to your digital tv account within 24 hours. * she gave me a reference no for this issue. Reference no. Is[protected]. 5th december, 2017 at 3:27 pm a received a message from 'ad_airdth' where they clearly told me that "payment received rs 366 for airtel digital tv id [protected], updated a/c balance is rs 381.94. Current monthly charge - rs 330 next recharge date is 07-jan-2018." So after that when i went to check my balance through my airtel app. Balance was see rs 341/- I was little bit confused & called customer care, which executive interact he was unable to defend my qs. Behind the reason of this deduction & he transferred that call to his senior. He was tried to convince me but failed to give proper reason. My qs is that if it is official deduction fees then i need that confirmation from airtel with that reason. But here is no such message like this. Please verify this matter & ask them to refund that amount 40/- inr to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
