Airtel Digital TV — cut my pack and validity period

Sir i used airtel digital tv l recharge my pack for one year on october 2018. My tv channel 200plus & validity period 25oct2019. Now 1feb 2019 company cut my pack validity30jun2019 and chanal. My airtel digital tv id [protected].&[protected]. I complaints many times to airtel digital tv customer care he said that trai rules i can't continue your one year package but my problem not solved please help me
