Airtel Digital TV — disconnection of box not happening and money deducted for inactive connection | |||
This year in may one of our airtel connection was made live and from then it was reported that one setup box had problem and could not be repaired out of the two box only one was working we had informed it and the engineer had also reported the same to airtel office after that also deduction has been happening for to setup boxes which are not being used thrice we have registered the complaint with airtel customer care for disconnection of one box which is practically not existing and is beyond repair but airtel has not this made the disconnection till now and it is deducting double the charges since last 3 months our airtel consumer and customer id is[protected] and registered mobile id is[protected] airtel should pay back the amount which has been deducted for a setup box which is not being used and should make the disconnection of the unused box immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
