Airtel Digital TV — I am complaining about charged for unwanted pack | |||
I am using Airtel Digital TV since last 1.1/5 years. At the time of cricket world cup I was started star sports pack. Before 2/3 months I requested to deactivate the same and they told me that the pack is deactivate now. But as and when I called for the confirmation of deactivation of ESS pack, they told me the pack is still active !!! Even channels also OFF from my first call but charges are still applicable If I call to the customer care and ask them to deactivate it and refund the amount, they don't respond properly and put my call on hold for long time after the long time call is disconnected directly. They charged me for that which I never used lfrom ast 2 to 3 months... Every time I got order no from their side but still waiting for the action. My request you plz help me to refund my amount.
