Airtel Digital TV — I'm complaining about change package

My customer id is [protected]. I have followed the instructions of airtel digital tv. To create own package according to their guidelines of channel no 998 several time. It takes too much time. Still my current plan doesn't change called the customer care. They said that number is given its not work its fake.. You try another no. And cut the call. I tried but it's also doesn't work i called again same replay given by them. That another no also doesn't work u try by app. (And laughed) and cut call.. The app also doesn't work (To make whole package on app its almost impossible). The worst customer care authority. Its a violation of trai guidelines. The changing package must be easy. Haw can they kept fake or unworkable no on their guidelines. And customer care authority kept for laugh on customers.
